According to MP Hosseinali Haji-Deligani, the bill requires the nuclear accord to be passed by the Parliament first before it can be implemented.
“According to article 127 in the Constitution, a committee of seven appointed by the Parliament must oversight the drafting of the nuclear deal,” he said.
